Lauren facilitates the Silva Luna Women's Circle with the intention to lead you deeper into yourself, expanding your understanding of who you are and helping you to explore your untapped potential. Each lunar month we will focus on a different theme for your personal growth and spiritual development, working with Goddess energies and supported by crystals plus other keys to accessing their teachings.

"There is something very special about women supporting women and gathering together. By sitting in Circle as women we build our self-confidence and learn to validate and reclaim our feminine power.
My Silva Luna Circle aims to create a sense of sisterhood, a safe place where we can share, where the harshness and division of the outside world is suspended so that we can be our authentic selves without fear of judgement.
I facilitate these groups and provide the focus for our work together, however the energy of our Circle is collective and all women are invited to speak and contribute if they wish to."
Cameras will be on so we can see each other's faces. Members of the Circle are invited to speak at key points if they wish and all participants are asked to keep confidentiality within the Circle. Monthly themes are chosen to take you on a journey of personal and spiritual development through the lunar year.
Each New Moon, Lauren sends an introductory message to help you prepare for the theme of the Full Moon Circle, including gathering any crystals you need and setting your intentions for the month ahead. Lauren gives you some questions to contemplate too.
The Silva Luna Circle is held on the closest Saturday to each Full Moon. Circle is two hours long including a short comfort break. Lauren will lead you through visualisations and exercises based around the theme of the month. At each Circle there is space to discuss the key questions within smaller groups and we also share a collective card pick.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much prior knowledge and experience do I need?
You are expected to understand some of the basics of energy safety and working with crystals. If you have never taken a crystal course we recommend you read Lauren's book Crystals or take Lauren's Clearly Crystals video course. Either will give you an understanding of the basic principles you need to join us.
What if I cannot make a session?
We hope you'll honour each of our Full Moon Circles as sacred time for yourself, but we know that life gets in the way occasionally. If you cannot make a session you will still receive recordings of the key teachings and visualisations for the month, but you will not have the opening and closing blessings and the small group discussions. It is not the same experience as attending the live Circle, but it means you can still enjoy much of it.
What if I arrive late to Circle?
Late arrivals can disrupt the group energy.
Circle closes ten minutes after the start time and you will not be admitted after that, so please be punctual.
I am in peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopausal
Lauren has gone through the menopause and many Circle members are either in this transformational phase or have passed through it already. The Silva Luna Circle accepts adult women of all ages. We aim to help women embody their Divine Feminine selves whatever their life stage.
I don't have a large collection of crystals
Lauren deliberately choses crystals that are accessible and affordable. She will suggest the crystals of the month and possible substitutes you could use in the New Moon Introduction, which gives you time to source them for the Full Moon Circle if you don't own them already.
I just want to do a few of the themes, can I pick and choose?
No, your commitment to Silva Luna Circle is for the whole year. This is a closed circle, which means we get to know each other increasingly well over the months, helping everyone feel safe to share.
