I've chosen smoky quartz this month. It has a restful, grounding energy which is perfect for this time of year. It is also supportive if you need to release old behaviours and patterns which no longer serve you. Visualise letting them go into the Earth. She will receive that old outdated energy and recycle it into something more useful. Nothing is truly wasted.
